Your Responsibilities as a Maintenance Team Member

As a front-line employee, you’ll:

• Perform property maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, string trimming, blowing, weeding, pruning, and other lawn care duties.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting/carrying 35–80 lbs frequently.
• Safely operate and maintain equipment and tools.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and preparing job sites each day.
• Ensure everything is wrapped up and ready for the next day.

• Customer Satisfaction: Build positive customer relationships and deliver excellent service every visit.
• Process Compliance: Use company systems (such as LMNCrew) to track time, jobs, and notes accurately.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or related industries is preferred.
• If you do not have experience, you must be willing to complete training within 6 months.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting/carrying 35–80 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred (crew members may be asked to drive Company vehicles).
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Background checks are conducted for all applicants; results are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range: $14.00–$16.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
• Paid Time Off (PTO): Begins accruing from your first week of employment.
