Your Responsibilities as a Maintenance Team Lead

As a leader in the field, you’ll:

  • Supervise and direct a maintenance crew on assigned routes.
  • Ensure lawns and properties are maintained to Company standards.
  • Safely transport crew, equipment, and materials to job sites.
  • Operate and oversee the proper use and maintenance of mowing and landscaping equipment.
  • Track time, job progress, and notes using the LMNCrew app.
  • Communicate issues promptly to management, including delays, incidents, or equipment problems.
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, representing the Company in a professional manner.
  • Mentor and train crew members in safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Assist with Christmas Décor installations during the October–January season.

  • Process Compliance: Fully utilize Company systems (such as LMNCrew) to ensure accurate job tracking and communication.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in landscaping, maintenance, or related service industries.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting/carrying 35–80 lbs.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required (Team Leads drive Company vehicles).
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
  • Background checks are conducted for all applicants; results are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Pay & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience.
  • Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Begins accruing from your first week of employment.
