What We Do Year-Round 

We aim to be a full outdoor home services provider across all seasons. Experience or interest in the following is a plus: 

Spring/Fall 

Lawn maintenance and seasonal cleanups 

Irrigation startups and winterization 

Summer

Lawn maintenance

Irrigation maintenance

Landscape lighting and installation projects 

Soft and hardscape installations 

Winter

Snow removal operations 

Holiday lighting installation and service

Your Responsibilities 

Field & Team Leadership 

Serve as boots on the ground, ensuring quality control on job sites 

Lead and support crews, including scheduling, routing, and daily priorities Ensure equipment is properly maintained and jobs are completed efficiently Troubleshoot staff and field issues as they arise 

Prepare crews and schedules for upcoming work 


Client & Account Management 

  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned customers 
  • Proactively communicate with clients regarding service quality, scheduling, and needs Address concerns promptly and professionally, turning issues into wins Build long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals
  • Identify upsell opportunities based on client needs and site conditions Business Development Support 
  • Follow up on estimates and warm leads as assigned 
  • Reach out to past or inactive customers to re-engage them 
  • Generate new opportunities through referrals, site walks, and relationship building Coordinate closely with ownership on growth initiatives and priorities

Requirements 

Essential Qualifications 

  • 3+ Years experience in landscaping, lawn care, or a related service Industry Experience leading crews or managing field operations 
  • Strong communication skills with customers and team members 
  • Comfortable operating and maintaining equipment (mowers, trimmers, tractors, etc.) English fluency at or near native-speaker level 
  • Clean driving record with experience towing a trailer 
  • Willingness to obtain required certifications within six months if needed

  • Proven track record of growing customer relationships 
  • Ability to identify and close upsell opportunities 
  • Comfort with both hands-on field work and business operations 


Compensation & Growth Path 

Base Hourly Rate: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience and demonstrated leadership ability) Commission Structure: 

3% of total revenue for every new client contract you generate 

1% residual commission in Year 2 if the client renews 

1% residual commission in Year 3 if the client renews again 

Residual commissions guaranteed as long as you remain with the company and the client stays active 


What This Means: 

Base compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 annually (full-time, year-round) 

Commission potential: Opportunity to earn $1000’s in additional Year 1 income depending on new business generated 

Growing residual income: As you build your client portfolio, residual commissions create increasing  passive income in Years 2 and 3 

Opportunity for overtime during peak seasons 

Clear advancement path to higher managerial role as company scales 

Example Scenario: If you bring in $150,000 in new client revenue in Year 1, you earn an additional $4,500 in commissions. If 80% of those clients renew in Year 2, you earn another $1,200 in residuals while also earning commissions on any new business you generate. By Year 3, you're building a portfolio of recurring revenue. 

Growth Timeline: Strong performers who demonstrate leadership, customer relationship skills, and operational excellence can expect promotion opportunities within 6-12 months as we expand.
