Snow Removal Team Member

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently remove snow from driveways, sidewalks, entrances, parking lots, and walkways
• Operate equipment such as:
• Snow blowers
• Walk-behind and tailgate salters
• Shovels and ice scrapers
• Spread salt/ice melt according to site requirements
• Follow assigned routes and complete work within time expectations
• Communicate with crew leaders and dispatch during storms
• Complete pre- and post-storm equipment checks
• Maintain professionalism with clients and property managers

Requirements

• Must be available during winter storm events (nights, weekends, holidays as needed)
• Must have reliable transportation to the shop or job sites
• Ability to work in cold, snowy, physically demanding conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team
• Experience in snow removal is a plus, but not required — we will provide training
