Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of lawn care and landscaping professionals.
• Operate and maintain heavy machinery to support project needs.
• Oversee project schedules to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to all safety protocols.
• Conduct regular safety training and equipment checks to maintain a safe work environment for the team and ensure the proper handling of machinery to prevent accidents and property damage.
• Promote safety by ensuring that damage prevention is prioritized-ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and used to avoid damage to property, accidents, or injuries.
• Implement systems to track production and operations through our online platform.
• Collaborate with the sales team and contribute to customer consultations and service proposals.
• Serve as a role model, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and care in every interaction.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in construction, trades, or heavy machinery operation.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining equipment like skid steers and excavators.
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and commitment to honesty and fairness.
• Technical aptitude for hands-on problem-solving and preventative maintenance.
• Safety-conscious with a solid understanding of safety protocols in landscaping, construction, or heavy machinery operation.
• Willingness to learn and apply sales strategies while maintaining customer trust.
• Clean driving history with experience towing trailers.
