Part-Time Customer Service Representative and Scheduler

This position will be scheduled 8 a.m-2 p.m., Monday-Friday.
The Position
The Administrative Assistant performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, customer experience calls, contract management, sales support, and job scheduling. Extensive typing and software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills.

Administrative Assistant
High Payoff Activities: This position focuses on contract management including renewals and client satisfaction communication. Also, job scheduling, review of work completed, and receipt tracking.
Additional Responsibilities: This position also works with sales & production teams to ensure good flow of communication and data.
Key Performance Metrics: Contract renewals by designated deadlines, sales follow up calls by designated deadlines, client satisfaction calls by designated deadlines.
Wage Range: $12.00 to $14.50 per hour, based on experience. We will pay more for someone with appropriate lawn and landscaping experience and more for someone with a history of building proposals and using landscape design software.
Education, Experience & Expectations: They must be self-motivated, proactive attitude; anticipate needs and takes initiative to solve problems. This position requires excellent written and verbal communications. They must be responsible, organized, detail-oriented and manages time effectively. A 2 year associates or 4 year undergraduate college degree in landscape design, horticulture, or applicable field is desired, or 3-5 years experience in this industry, as well. This position requires proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
