Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00AM–5:00PM

Pay: Pay Commensurate with Experience – Starting wage consideration begins at $16/hour. Incentive pay available

This is a sales-forward, phone-intensive role. High-volume inbound and outbound phone sales experience is REQUIRED (3+ years minimum).

This is NOT an administrative-only position. Candidates must be comfortable selling, handling objections, and closing jobs over the phone all day. Customer service–only or purely administrative backgrounds without strong sales experience will not be considered.

We are seeking a confident, persuasive, and organized professional to join our team supporting The Grounds Guys of Avon and Dirty Dog Home Solutions.


Position Overview

As Office Manager, you will:

  • Drive high-volume phone sales while supporting office operations
  • Manage scheduling and customer follow-up
  • Work closely with sales and production teams using CRM and proprietary systems

Core Sales Responsibilities (Primary Focus)

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls at a high volume
  • Sell services, overcome objections, and close jobs on the phone
  • Follow up on estimates, proposals, and unsold leads
  • Upsell and cross-sell services when appropriate
  • Maintain a professional, confident, and friendly phone presence
  • Track and manage leads using CRM and scheduling software

Administrative & Office Responsibilities (Secondary Focus)

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Communicate efficiently with sales and production teams

Software & Systems

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outlook
  • Comfortable navigating proprietary systems

Personnel & Marketing Duties

  • Run hiring ads and coordinate interviews
  • Assist with onboarding and payroll processes
  • Order and manage uniforms and office supplies
  • Manage social media: Facebook, Instagram, Google
  • Respond to Google reviews (positive and negative)

Required Skills & Traits

  • Minimum 3+ years proven phone sales experience
  • Comfortable asking for the sale and closing deals
  • Strong communication, active listening, and multitasking skills
  • Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Professional demeanor with residential and commercial decision-makers
