What We’re Looking For

We’re growing our crew and looking for a landscaping rockstar who’s ready to work year-round!

If you’ve got skills beyond the basics-like laying sod, doing stone work, grading projects, and tackling fall cleanups-we want you on our team. This role will also continue into the winter season, so if you’re not afraid of a little snow and enjoy keeping properties in top shape, we’d love to hear from you.

You’re a great fit if:

  • You’ve got hands-on experience in landscaping, sod installation, stone work, and grading.
  • You know your way around mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools.
  • You’re reliable, hardworking, and not afraid to work in all types of weather.
  • You hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license with at least 5 years of safe driving.
  • You have a clean driving record and no criminal history.
  • Bonus: You’ve got snow removal experience for our winter operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Performing landscape maintenance with precision and care.
  • Installing sod, laying stone, and executing grading projects to spec.
  • Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Working outdoors in all weather-lifting 35-80 lbs throughout the day.
  • Supporting snow removal in the winter.
  • Wrapping up each day to ensure a smooth start tomorrow.
