What You’ll Do
- Perform routine lawn maintenance—including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
- Apply fertilizers, weed control, and other treatments according to schedule and safety guidelines.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small power tools.
- Communicate professionally with customers, answering basic questions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work site.
- Assist teammates on larger projects (e.g., planting, mulching, seasonal clean‑ups).
Who We’re Looking For
- Dependable & Punctual: Arrives on time, shows up ready to work, and follows through on commitments.
- Physically Capable: Able to lift 50 lb, stand, bend, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Customer‑Focused: Friendly demeanor, good communication skills, and a willingness to go the extra mile for clients.
- Team Player: Works well with others and contributes to a positive work environment.
- Experience Preferred: Prior lawn care, landscaping, or grounds‑keeping experience is a plus, but we also train motivated newcomers.
- Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record: Must be able to operate company vehicles safely.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $15.00 /hr (commensurate with experience).
- Advancement Opportunities: Clear path to higher‑pay roles such as Lead Technician, Crew Supervisor, or Operations Manager as the business expands.
