Pay Rate: $20-$23/hour. Bi-weekly. Dependent on experience.

As a Team Lead, you set the tone for excellence. You’re not just responsible for guiding the crew and completing the work; you're the face of our company on the job site. Your leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction directly reflect the values that drive The Grounds Guys. Through you, our high standards in both craftsmanship and communication come to life, ensuring that every visit strengthens our clients’ trust in us.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial mowing, mulching, and landscape bed maintenance; previous crew lead experience, and Driver's License with ability to be insured under company insurance.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a crew.
- Teamwork: those that can support and teach their fellow team members with respect and professionalism.
- Dependable: will show up each day on time and be prepared.
- Trustworthy: honest and do their job the right way each day or ask questions when they do not know.
- Quality focused: those that always want to go above and beyond.
- Profitable: understanding that efficiency equals money for the company and themselves.
- Equipment: must be able to operate and maintain zero turn mowers, string trimmers, push mower, hedge trimmer, leaf blower, Skid Steer, and hand tools.
- Time Management: Ability to keep team on track to finish jobs within allotted timeframe.
- Creating a healthy rapport with our owner and effectively and quickly communicating with him often.
- Leading morning and evening team huddles to prepare for each day and close out each day.
- Ability to download and use scheduling/timesheet app.
- Meeting with clients at the end of each job to walk the property and make any adjustments needed.
