Landscaping Team Member

We at The Grounds Guys of Bonney Lake, are looking for someone ready to join a fun, friendly, hard-working group as a Landscaping Team Member.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable by our coverage provider
• Experience driving a pickup truck with trailer
• Previous experience in landscaping or related field is preferred
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate commercial landscape equipment and tools
• Effective communication skills - able to carry out verbal instructions, read labels and signs, and communicate progress to foreman. English proficiency required.

Some things you'll do as a Landscaping Team Member

• General landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
• Maintain flower beds, gardens, and other landscaped areas
• Seasonal clean-ups, debris removal, leaf clean-up, and bark installation
• Off-season services such as install holiday lights, pressure washing, etc.
• Ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $22.00 and is dependent on your experience. We provide a path of training and skills advancement to increase your pay.
