Job Title: Landscaping Sales Representative

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the landscaping or related industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of landscaping principles and design.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address client concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members across different departments.
  • Community: You are passionate about serving others, including your crew, the customers, and the community
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred.


Specific Responsibilities:


  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Consultation: Meet with potential clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
  • Proposal Development: Create detailed and customized landscaping proposals, including design concepts, cost estimates, and timelines.
  • Sales Presentations: Present proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns and highlighting the benefits of our services.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
