We are looking for a Landscape Foreman who can manage jobsites of all scopes and sizes. This is a role for a "Field General"—someone who takes pride in the finished product and knows how to keep a crew moving efficiently. As we grow, the right person in this role will have the opportunity to move into higher-level management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the Field: You are the boots on the ground. You’ll walk job sites, perform quality control, and ensure all equipment is being operated safely and maintained properly.
  • Master of Execution: You will manage landscape projects of all sizes, ensuring the "Neighborly Done Right Promise" is met on every property.
  • Crew Organization: Help structure routes, manage employee schedules, and keep crew members organized and on task throughout the day.
  • Training & Support: Provide the training your team needs to succeed and find solutions for any field issues that arise.
  • Daily Prep: Ensure the trucks are loaded, the equipment is ready, and everything is set to go for the following day.

  • Efficiency (Budget vs. Actual): Keeping jobs profitable by managing time and materials effectively.
  • Quality Control (Return Rates): Getting it right the first time so "redo" visits are a rarity.

  • Software Utilization: Using our tools and processes to keep the business running smoothly.

Job Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Significant experience in landscaping, lawn service, or trades is required to lead our teams effectively.
  • Machinery Proficiency: Skilled in operating and maintaining landscaping equipment.
  • Certifications: Willingness to obtain any required certifications/licenses within the first 6 months.
  • Driving Record: Clean driving history with documented experience towing trailers.
