Landscape Designer / Horticultural Project Coordinator

Location: Stone Mountain + East Metro ATL

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time — Flexible Hours

Pay: Design Fees + Commission (Flexible Schedule – Hybrid Pay)

Earnings: ~$25–$45/hr equivalent (based on workload + commissions)

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who enjoys plants, outdoor spaces, and helping homeowners improve their landscapes. This role blends light design, estimating, site visits, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

* Visit customer properties to assess landscape needs

* Provide friendly on-site consultation

* Take measurements & site photos

* Create simple planting plans or layout concepts

* Recommend plant materials and products

* Prepare LMN-ready estimates (training provided)

* Assist with material sourcing

* Perform project check-ins & quality assurance

* Upload photos and updates using CompanyCam

Compensation

* Design / Consultation Fees: $95–$150 per appointment

* Commission: 5–10% on closed projects you design or estimate

* Flexible workload = flexible income

Requirements

* Reliable transportation

* Ability to walk properties & take basic measurements

* Good communication skills

* Familiar with smartphones/apps

* Availability at least 10–15 hrs/week

* Authorized to work in the U.S.
