Location: The Grounds Guys of Rapid City

Reports To: Owner

Compensation: $36,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission 

Expected Earnings: ~$75,000+ in Year 1 (with significant increases expected in following years)

We’re seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Associate / General Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with the Owner and Production Manager to drive revenue and ensure client success.

No landscaping experience? No problem. We are willing to teach the industry specifics to a candidate who has the right drive, a strong moral code, and a passion for building a high-income career.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business & Renewals: Proactively identify new opportunities and manage the renewal process for existing accounts to ensure long-term stability.
  • Uncapped Sales Growth: Lead on-site consultations for property maintenance, landscape enhancements, and seasonal snow removal with no limit on your earning potential.
  • Account Stewardship: Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, working alongside the Production Manager to ensure we deliver exactly what was promised.
  • Direct Collaboration: Report directly to the Owner to execute sales strategies and meet growth targets.
