Your Responsibilities:

1. Clientele Building: Proactively build a client base through phone calls and executing marketing programs.

2. Relationship Management: Regularly call on existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify additional opportunities.

3. Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential new clients and market opportunities.

4. In-Home Estimates: Visit client homes to provide estimates and secure signed contracts.

5. Sales Follow-Up: Manage leads obtained through social media campaigns, guiding potential clients from initial contact to contract signing.

6. Training: Participate in training sessions to understand business operations and estimation processes.

How We Measure Success

· Attendance: Might sound basic, but it’s critical to meet our Customer Service goals. You need to be here as required by your Supervisory team.

· Customer Retention: Building great relationships with each customer, and ensuring that they receive exceptional service, will keep them coming back.

· Full Utilization of Software & Processes: This helps make all the above possible.


Proven sales experience, preferably in home renovation or a related industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations within Calgary, AB.·


  • Competitive commission plan with generous commission structure.
  • Unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.
  • Commission based on a percentage of the gross sales volume, our projects ticket range between $,3000 and $30,000.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ 20,000- $ 80,000 per year


Remote Working in Calgary - No office to come to, simply visit the clients and close the lead.
