Field Operations Support Lead

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Field Operations Support Lead to join our team!

At The Grounds Guys of New Braunfels, we take pride in providing top-quality lawn and landscape services — and that only happens when our crews have the right support in the field. This position works directly with our General Manager and crew leaders to keep operations running smoothly every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with loading trucks, setting up job sites, and ensuring crews have tools and materials ready each morning
• Check in on crews during the day for quality, progress, and safety
• Deliver plants, materials, and equipment as needed
• Perform post-job inspections and take photos in our LMN Crew App (training provided)
• Communicate clearly with the office and help troubleshoot small issues on-site

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Two paid 15-minute breaks + one unpaid 30-minute lunch

What We Offer:

• $22–$26/hour, depending on experience

Basic Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be dependable and punctual for a 6:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. schedule, Monday–Friday
• Must be comfortable using smartphone apps (training provided for LMN Crew App)
